request refunds or cancel their services. To ensure transparency and a smooth process, we have
established the following refund and cancellation policy:

Refund Policy:

Service Guarantee: We take pride in delivering high-quality SEO services. While we do not offer
refunds for services already rendered, we are committed to addressing any concerns and
making necessary improvements to meet your expectations.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Requests: Clients may request to cancel their SEO services at any time.
Notice Period: To cancel your services, you must submit a cancellation request at least 1 day
before your billing date. Failure to do so may result in the next billing cycle being charged.
Final Invoice: Upon cancellation, a final invoice may be issued for any remaining work or services
rendered during the notice period.

Upon cancellation, clients are responsible for ensuring the safe retrieval of any
data, content, or access to SEO tools provided by SEO Reimagined. We will cooperate to
facilitate the transition of assets as necessary.
Non-Payment: Failure to make payment during the notice period may result in suspension of
services and additional fees.

Disclaimer:

SEO Reimagined does not offer refunds for services already rendered. Clients are required to
cancel their services at least 1 day before their billing date to avoid additional charges.
SEO Reimagined reserves the right to modify this Refund/Cancellation Policy at any time. Clients
will be notified of any changes in advance. It is the client's responsibility to review and adhere to
the most recent version of this policy.
